Hey there, my name’s Ansel and I can be your chef!

I design personalized, seasonally-crafted menus for your special occasion whether it be a intimate multi-course dinner, fun celebration, or even meal prep.

My kitchen journey began with an apprenticeship at a coastal Maine restaurant. The learning environment was intense and hands-on and I took to it very quickly. I then moved around the New England area working in different restaurants learning what I could and leaving the rest. I’ve worked both as a chef de cuisine and private chef which brings me to the unique position I’m in now - cooking restaurant quality food in a comfortable and intimate environment with personalized menus.
